I am a side sleeper average weight 230lbs. This mattress was amazing for the first 7 years - it was soft but supportive and I never woke up with any pain. I felt like paying almost 3 thousand dollars for a mattress was ok because it had a 15 year warranty.
Two years ago I noticed that moving out of my regular spot involved a lot of effort and since then it's become clear that even though when no one is on the mattress it's level, the areas that we sleep on have become so much softer than the area around them that it's liking sinking into a hole. But a finer reading of the warranty doesn't cover this increased softness, there has to be a visible depression. They know exactly how to make it seem like they've got a good warranty while not covering the most common defect. 7 years is not enough for what I paid for it. And they won't even respond to my warranty inquiries. I don't know if its all latex mattresses or just this brand, but I would recommend avoiding them.
Purchased this 1800.00 US mattress in Aug 2018. Since that time my husband and I have had drastically different sleeping experiences. While my side of the bed is extremely comfortable, his side seems to sag. Requiring him to sleep on the bump in the middle of the bed. When turning the mattress, I too experience the sagging on the side of the mattress, so much so that I feel as though I will fall off the bed.
The store where we purchased the mattress closed shortly after our purchase.
I'd not recommend this mattress as, despite it's supposed health benefits, is not conducive to a restful nights sleep. Needless to say, our couch has been our preferred sleeping location.
UPDATE: Pure Talalay Bliss agreed to replace my mattress! I haven't slept on it yet, but I don't see any obvious defects and am hopeful that this one works out fine. Thank you Pure Talalay Bliss!

We've had this mattress for four years and pretty much since the beginning have noticed a "hole" in one particular area of the mattress. I rotated the mattress regularly with the hopes of it evening out. The hole is not visible and the warranty requires a 3/4" or more visible depression, so I hesitated to file a warranty claim. After four years I decided that I would try because whenever I rotate the mattress to where the hole is on my side, my back goes out. For warranty claims, Pure Talalay Bliss requires pictures of the foundation and the mattress showing the measurements of the depressions...no easy task as they want the mattress photos taken with the mattress off of the foundation which meant moving an extremely heavy mattress out of my bedroom, down the hall and into my living room. As I expected, depressions measured just slightly over 1/2" and the hole was not visible. Pure Talalay Bliss denied my warranty claim based on the fact that the depressions were under 3/4". I'm left with an expensive, defective mattress and no recourse available.

At 255 lbs and wife at 150, we both have bad shoulder, rib and hip pains after a restless nights sleep. Waking up very stiff and sore and waking more than once a night to get out of bed due to stiffness.
After 1 year it was replaced do to a 2" sag on both sides where we sleep. 60 days later we are already at a 1" sag. We feel like we wasted 2300 on this. The dealer we bought from said they have never had any problems we were the only ones. I see a different store reading reviews on here
Need a special support frame system for this heavy mattress
I have since found out a particular bed support system is needed for this mattress. The salesman said it would work on any support and frame. I think this is my problem. The manufacturer told me the name of the support system this mattress needs. I ordered one at an additional cost of $250 from the company who makes these support systems. I intend to take the problem to the store where I purchased it and hopefully they will put the support system together and install it on my bed when I receive it.

For what I paid for this bed as it was used, it is THE WORST
I will NEVER purchase a *Returned* bed like this Bliss Latex. WAY too soft and no edge on it as I have nearly slipped and fallen on the floor off the edge of this bed numerous times. For a used $2,000+ supposedly high end mattress, it is a huge disappointment.

Feel like I'm in space, it's like being weightless
I have titanium rods, a spacer for a disc and my back is fused. My left hip was recently replaced and my right needs replacement. With my old traditional mattress I would wake up barely able to walk and my insides hurt terribly. It feels like I'm weightless sleeping on my new Pure Talalay Bliss Nature mattress. I always sleep on my back or side. I will never be 100% when I get out of bed, but there is such a difference now the mattress has made a huge improvement in my life. I never thought a new mattress could make such a difference.

My wife and I have the Beautiful model and the topper. I have never gone to bed quicker or slept this good. I will say this isint really your lay in the bed and watch tv kind of mattress. What I mean is the comfort level is okay when doing this but nothing special. The key is when U roll over especially for a side sleeper the bed cradles you and you go right to sleep. It also sleeps cool as well. I really care about the sleep quality and for that it is a five rating in my opinion.
