Based on Nectar’s extraordinary return policy I expected good customer service - but not this good! Honestly, it was the best customer service I ever experienced. I ordered the wrong mattress, but didn’t know it until it arrived. I called Nectar and told them about my mistake. Their rep was not only understanding, but even sympathetic: “ Ya, I’ve done that before.” They had the mattress picked up the very next day and issued a full refund as soon as it arrived at their warehouse. No hesitation. No questions. I was so impressed and confident in their handling of my problem, I order a replacement even before I received my refund. Great company. You can’t go wrong buying from them.

I used to have back pain so bad that I needed help out of bed. After sleeping on Nectar for maybe 1 week my back pain is completely gone. I can not say enough good things about Nectar. It’s literally changed my life. Money well spent.

While I am overall happy with the mattress, their customer service is horrible. I have been in contact via e-mail with Nectar for two months for both myself and the person to whom I referred the mattress. The on-line offer, verbally confirmed by Nectar in the one phone call in which I was able to get through, was that both the purchaser of a Nectar mattress and a second purchaser referred by the original buyer would receive Amazon gift cards for $75. Despite numerous communications, I have yet to receive the gift card - nor has the second purchaser. The latest e-mail of two weeks ago said $25 Amazon gift cards would be processed that week. So....the amount decreased by $50 and still no response. Nectar does NOT accept phone calls so there is no way to directly resolve the issue. I'm very disappointed in Nectar and question their credibility and ethics.

This was my 1st memory foam mattress and I'm so disappointed. I purchased the Nectar mattress based on the reviews. After a few months, I was waking-up in the middle of the night with body aches and sweats. I thought it was due to menopause and sporadic backaches. Three weeks ago, I moved to my guest room, which has a traditional mattress and back pain and sweats are gone. I had my 20 year old daughter sleep on the Nectar mattress. After 3 days, she complained of back and hip pains and woke up sweaty. Yesterday, her body was so sore that she had to take Advil. I'm going to start the return process and pray I don't have a disaster experience as I read in some of the reviews.
This bed buying experience was a nightmare. The bed initially was shipped elsewhere and I NEVER could get thru to the customer service line live person. Secondly, I had to return a defective platform bed with wobbly legs. I was told I had to donate the frame to a qualifying charity and document it. I did this . And waited beyond the time they said my refund will occur over 10 days and it hasn't happened yet. Again tried multiple times reaching customer service different times of day waiting on hold. And you will have to wait in queue on a chat customer service line. This was an expensive bed and the service is absolutely garbage. Never again from this company
Ordered mattress, base and cover over a week ago and only have the mattress and cover thus far. No idea when the base will be in. The only notifications I have received are from FedEx that I have an upcoming delivery. But no way to tell what is coming. So, items do not ship in 2 to 3 business days as the order confirmation states.
I purchased a Nectar mattress after reading reviews online. The mattress is way too firm for me & is causing me more pain. Their 365 day return policy doesn't start until after you have slept on it for 30 days. Now it is next to impossible to reach someone by phone. They don't respond to e-mails. But I finally got through to them. They say I have to find someone to donate the used mattress to. Scan a copy & send back to them. I have not been able to find any charities that accept used mattress & they are offering no help at all. So buyer beware!
Mattress was wonderful at first then the pain started again just like the Temperpedic we had, three months into mattress had to turn it to get good sleep again, now turning it again. Called about help, got song and dance, NO HELP!
