Worthless Customer Service

Had an issue with the cover on the mattress. After two attempts to straighten the cover both of which did not rectify the problem they wanted to send me another cover and have me replace it to see if it took care of the issue. I explained to them that I am disabled and it is virtually impossible for me to replace the cover, it was hard enough trying to straighten it. I told them I felt the problem was the mattress to which their representative agreed. But rather than send out a new mattress they still wanted to send me a cover and replace it. I told them I wanted to return the mattress for a refund. So they sent me an email with instructions to return the mattress rather than replacing it to see if it took care of the issue. They choose to lose the sale and return my money rather than replacing a defective product. Not very smart business on their part. And their treatment of the disabled is completely unacceptable. Do not do business with this company.

Didn't know Firmer was better until I slept on one.

Well its been three nights on my new Nectar Mattress and here are my thoughts on the purchasing of a Queen bed with the sheet set. ORDER/DELIVERY:Ordered on the 9th and shipped on the 11th. FedEx first stated it would be delivered on the 13th but at 1800 tracking update changed it to the 16th...oh well. UNPACKING: It ways 85lbs and has no outside strap for moving it (Recommend they add one). Once unpacked it expanded immediately and to the stated 11ish inches. within 30 minutes the off-gassing started and its not a pleasant "new car" smell but a strong plasticy smell. Put the fan on it and opened a window and most of the odor was gone...still a slight smell but it could be the free pillows as well. COMFORT: The mattress is Super Firm (7/8 out of 10, if ten is cement). I have always favored a plush top and softness in a mattress and maybe that's why I have been consistently sore in the morning. At 5'9"/260 with arthritis in my shoulder sleep is often difficult. That has changed with this mattress as its both Firm and yet SOFT at the same time and I wake up refreshed versus the tired feeling of having woke up several times at nite tossing and turning as I have done in the past. VERDICT: I am happily impressed and if I hadn't gambled on this mattress I would still be tossing and turning and tired each morning and I still have a year left to see if this initial feeling changes...its a win-win for me.

wish i could give a zero!

all i can say is run the other way if you are even considering this mattress. for me, it has been nothing short of a nightmare from the minute i clicked the 'submit' button on my purchase until today while i await them to find someone to pick the mattress up for a return! delivery of the mattress took almost 1 month, though they take your money immediately. then, the mattress is as hard as a rock. i cannot believe that there are folks who say it is the most comfortable mattress ever. makes me wonder if we got a lemon?! because there is NO softness, and it isn't getting softer with time. and now, i've waited 4 days since contacting them regarding returning the mattress. they acknowledged receipt of my request and then went silent. today i reached out and was told they cannot find a courier to pick the mattress up!? they said the courier they used to use won't do it (hmmm, that makes me wonder!) but seriously, a city the size of dallas must have plenty of couriers! so, now it has been 4 days since initiating the return and i still wait. this is all the craziest way to run a busy i have EVER seen. again, don't even consider this mattress....more so, this company. sleeping on a rock might not be that bad, but dealing with this company is an unbearable nightmare! consider yourself warned.

Outstanding Customer Service

I ordered my queen-size nectar mattress last Sunday (2/25/18) and was told it would arrive the following Friday and it did. I couldn’t be happier with the tracking system that always kept me apprised of its journey to my house. In five days (3/2/18) it was on my front porch. Perhaps there were some delivery problems in the past , but if I’m any example, Nectar has fine-tuned it’s delivery system and eliminated the glitches. Unpacking the mattress was a breeze and in ten minutes it was bed-ready. The Nectar mattress is the best mattress I have ever owned!

Sleep like a log on this mattress. Totally awesome!

When it first arrived, I was pretty wary thinking that it was too thin. I spread it out and then left for the day, and when I came back it had puffed up to the normal size. I sat on it, and thought to myself that it was probably too firm for me. I was quite skeptical. That first night I slept on it, I changed my mind. I slept so very soundly. When my husband would roll over or move, it did not wake me. I have never had that happen. I am an extremely light sleeper and even a tiny movement would wake me on our other mattress. This mattress, I honestly, do not feel him move at all. This has been a game changer for me. Also, it is very easy to get up out of bed. I am sleeping so soundly, that even my children started to get worried about me. I usually wake about 3 a.m. and get up then for I cannot sleep past then. Since the arrival of this mattress, I do not wake until at least 5:30 a.m. sometimes later than that. They now come into our room, worried that I am not feeling well or something, for they have never had me sleeping when they wake. I have had insomnia for so many years, and never even considered that my mattress might be the problem. I searched and searched for ideas to help me sleep longer. I had no idea!!! This mattress has been a lifesaver for me. I am sleeping more deeply and longer than I have in decades. Bless you all, for making such an awesome mattress.

Never order, they will never deliver

Ordered mattress back in the middle of January 2017. Accepted that is would not be delivered until February 2, 2018 due to the large number of orders. The 888 number goes unanswered. Only way to get in touch is via the online help. After 4 missed ship dates, requested a refund. They said okay but it would take 2 days to process. Let 4 days pass and no refund. Again, online chat, it cannot be processed until the bed actually is ready to ship. Based on the fact that we are nearly a month and a half without shipment, I will never get a refund. This refund process is either a lie or just simple stupidity. Nectar as a company cannot deliver.

We love it!

We weren't sure what to expect, but decided to try it based on the 365 night trial Nectar offers. We both love it. Much less pain in the morning, sleeping through the night, sometimes without even rolling over! It took about a week longer that the anticipated delivery date, but it was worth the wait!

No more tossing and turning nonpain stiffness in the morning

The first night was weird. I wasn't sure if I liked it BUT when I woke up I didn't feel stiff at all. You don't need to readjust your position nearly as much during the night with this bed b/c you don't get the pain in your hip area. It used to be the harder more deeply I slept, the more stiff and kinked up I felt the next day regardless of how sound my sleep was. This bed is totally different. I have disk issues. I would recommend this bed to anyone with a back problem. Its a noticeable difference from the pillow top, inner spring we've always had. Much better. It's totally worth it.

Customer service and delivery response time is terrible

Ordered a mattress on 15 June and online was told up to 5 days. Well its 23 June and still no mattress. Called customer service to check on status and they stated they were unable to check but it SHOULD be there sometime in early July. Wow, talk about terrible service.

TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

IT TOOK OVER 3 WEEKS TO GET THIS DELIVERED. I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE 4 TIMES BUT THEY ONLY RESPONDED THE FIRST TIME. ORIGINALLY WAS TOLD IT WOULD DELIVER IN 3 TO 5 DAYS.
