Can Sleep All Night

I love my Christeli Madeline mattress. I am an older (61) year old woman who has rarely slept through the night in the last 8 years and now I sleep a good straight 7 hours more nights than not. I wake up rested and not sore. I'm very happy with my mattress.

Not as advertised

This company prides itself on comparing themselves to temperpedic but the mattress doesn't come close. The mattress is advertised as a cool sleeping mattress. It slouches on the sides and is very hot to sleep on. The don't have any return policy, only an exchange for another junky mattress. If they were anything like temperpedic, they would stand behind their product and return my money as I'm an unsatisfied customer. You lied about your product and then you stick the customer with it. Worse purchase ever.

SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The folks at Christeli bent over backwards to help me resolve issues that were beyond my control... issues that involved back injuries befalling my wife that affected her sleeping comfort. This is a great company to do business with. They truly care about their customers!

We purchased three Christeli Mattresses and adjustable bases and received them in November. The Madeline brand was perfect for my disabled mother, however, my husband and I ordered the Palais Grand Royale series and are very unhappy with how hard it is for us to sleep upon. It is entirely too hard for us to rest at all. It is like a slab of concrete and every pressure point is irritated. The worst sleep my husband and I have ever had is on these horrific mattresses. We phoned and asked what to do to make the bed more comfortable. They gave us some options on how to make the mattress softer and to give it time. We phoned many times complaining that the bed was far too hard for us to sleep on and we were waking up with extreme aches and pains along with pressure point issues. We kept being put off and told to try this and try that and above all give it time to adjust to the bed. I finally told them that they needed to step up with a solution for this issue. We were put off until the time frame for returns, exchanges, etc. ran out. Just today, I was told there was nothing they could do. That is a $5000+ dollar expense that most people cannot easily absorb. They are all smiles and help when you are buying the product but far from helpful when you need assistance with the product. In fact, I was told that this has never happened, especially with their Palais Grand Royale. I was very much blown off and dismissed. Very unprofessional of them. I cannot in good faith recommend anyone purchase any product from this company. In fact, I now have a useless product that I cannot use because it is too painful to sleep on this concrete slab they call a high end mattress. I have to purchase an entire new bed and throw the Christeli Palais Grand Royale two twin xl mattresses in the dumpster. What a true travesty.

Charleston and Stockholm

I purchased the Stockholm which is their value mattress. My husband loved it but I needed more support. I noticed that the Charleston was on clearance and decided to give it a try. My first complaint is that returning it should be easy but you must try to squash the mattress down to the size i arrived and put it back in the box. Customer service was sassy with me about it saying I could do it. The mattress was obviously rolled and made to size with a machine. No human or 3 as tried to do in my house could possible do that. Fortunately my husband is clever and has a shop vac, we were able to shrink it down enough with it in the plastic and three of us were then able to roll it and get it back in the box. This should have been suggested by the representative. The Charleston was non returnable but I felt we would love it since the Stockholm was very close to perfect for us. Sadly it has large dips in the top were it is quilted making it very lumpy and causing back pain. I regret getting the non returnable item. Would have done better getting the Danieli would be the perfect mattress for us (it has a smooth to as the Stockholm did) but we are stuck with the lumpy bed. Overall I think they have a good quality bed but purchasing on line with out trying is stressful. I am not sure it is worth the trouble.

Good mattress, great customer service!

I purchased the Tiffany Queen mattress and the adjustable Ergo 3 bed from Christeli in in July because I have serious degenerative Disc Disease and thought this mattress would help. The mattress arrived a week before the bed. Overall, I am very happy with the adjustable bed, although I do think the massage feature is non existent. It makes noise and there is vibration but I wouldn't call it a massage. No matter, that was not a factor in my buying it. At first the mattress seemed too soft and I was achy after sleeping in it. I called Customer Service and was told that I should reverse the mattress. Since the mattress is in 2 parts, I assumed she meant the top part. That did not help. I decided to return the mattress but discovered the return policy was for 1 month after the mattress arrived, not when the bed arrived, so I could not return it, The rep told me to reverse the bottom part of the mattress and to return the top to its original position. I did that and voila! The mattress is just right and now I love sleeping on it. I also had an issue with the bottom sheet not staying on but I was told to use deep pocket sheets and that issue was also resolved. A few days ago I got a call from Vincent, who was concerned that I was not happy with the mattress. He was extremely helpful and I must say I am, happily, shocked by the consideration this company has given me. All in all, I would recommend this mattress and most certainly this company. I am pleased that I bought a product which is made in America and that it did not disappoint.

My Cloud

Fell in love with national brand "cloud" but their prices are total robbery. On line search- Luxe-Pedic came up.Seemed to be the same so I ordered it. My kids gave me hell for ordering a bed on line. When they helped me set it up-they wanted to steal it and the pillows! I have hip problems that make it difficult to get out of bed in the morning-well no more! No pressure points on hips and shoulders: no more soreness from springs that no matter what always hurt-even with a pillow topper! I love it. and all I can say is Thank-you! And for making it affordable!

DO NOT BUY this. It is not at all like a foam mattress , I wake up with a sore back every day. Feels like a regular bed. If you want to return it you have to wrap it in plastic, find a box to fit the mattress and box spring separately, send it back then wait to see if they approve of the condition of the mattress. HORRIBLE mattress. DO NOT BUY. I hate this thing. I want a decent foam mattress. I have always liked them but hated this one from day ONE!!! I sink at my middle and my feet stick up. The very thing I avoid in regular mattresses!!!

Best investment!

Probably the best investment I have made this year. I had a traditional boxspring and woke up every morning sore and stiff. One night in the luxepedic and my back felt a million times better!! Fast delivery! Extremely comfortable and the memory foam does not get hot at all. I've had the best nights sleep ever since!
