Very comfortable! This bed came highly recommended from another family member who owns the same. I could not be happier and would definitely recommend and also repurchase this mattress in the future!
This is the second bed I have purchased. My first bed has been great for someone with shoulder pain and this bed has been great for someone with lower back pain. Even the members of the family who don't have any pain get a great night sleep.
Mattress is made of two Pieces Of Foam That Keep Slipping Off each other. It is a ridiculous that it is made of two pieces that cannot be joined except by a couple of buttons. It is so soft that when you sit on the edge you sink in and again the two pieces slide off each other. Told you can flop mattress but only one side has padding - other side is smooth. How can you possibly turn it??

I was misled by the salesman about returns and neglected to click on their return policy. There is none. Many companies allow returns. Don't take a chance on christeli! You will be stuck with them or put your money. Really rude.
I love my bed. At first I thought I may have to switch it out for a less firm style, even though my body told me it liked the firm better. I stuck with it and now I am happy that I did not. I look forward to going to bed. I don't have anxiety about whether I will sleep well or be up all night. I came from an older model sleep number bed and there is no comparison to the support and quality of sleep I now get from the Christelli bed.
Purchased Madeline mattress August of 2016 After sleeping on this mattress for past 6 months, I'm very unhappy with it. It has a big soft spots on the edge of the mattress where I get up off the bed. Both sides. Which makes it uneven when sleeping on it. Warranty covers 1 1/4" indentation, (Unreasonable) which means, I'm stuck with an uncomfortable mattress until that happens.
All other online mattress retailers offer a clear return policy on their site. Almost all include free shipping and free returns so you can truly test out their product before you commit. Christeli offers a sleep "trial" but will only exchange a mattress not allow returns. They obviously don't stand behind their quality or want their customers to find the right mattress. Got stuck with a mattress we didn't really want by not questioning this 'trial' from the outset. Also I found their claim to be comparable to Tempurpedic to be also misleading. While it had many features in common it felt nothing like the Tempurpedic beds it claims to match. Learn from our mistake. Plenty of other companies offer a better customer experience and stand behind their product.
