This bed felt great when we first bought it and in less than 3 months it started to sag in the middle and I thought I was just imagining it. Well we called the corporate office after 6 months & they sent a bed inspector out. After reviewing his findings, they replaced it for the same mattress as an equal exchange. Figured this couldn't happen twice, well lo and behold, after 2 months we called and complained and the bed inspector came at about 3 months of this new one. They offered an equal exchange or I could get a different bed and they retain $150 and I could buy anything with a special offer. I haven't done anything yet due to the holidays, but I would prefer a refund and try out the Saavta mattress offer online that allows 75 days to try it out or money back guaranteed.
We purchased this bed thinking it would be the answer to our sleeping problems. However after a short period of time we started to notice how we both felt like we were going to roll off the side of the bed. We have this mattress about 3 years now and it has just gotten worse. If you try to roll toward the center of the bed it feels like you have to roll up a mountain. It is the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. As for sex, forget about it. Very disappointed in this mattress for the cost.
This bed is not supportive at all, and within 3 months of purcase was lumpy and sagging in the middle despite frequent rotation.
Causes back and hip pain as difficult to roll over during sleep and you sink into mattress. Not recommended for anyone with back issues or who prefers a firm mattress - claims it is firm but it is not

Worst buy I ever made, it was a $ 8,000.00 mistake.
Don't trust the in store computer sleep surface diagnostic test. The printout said my wife needed a Med. Firm (Blue) I needed a Extra Firm (Red). Bob Mills could provide this dual surface requirement in multiple sizes, but none are kept in stock. We ordered a Cal. King with the surfaces listed on the store printout along with the other items required by the store to validate the factor warranty and the 90 day store sleep guarantee. After trying to sleeping on the mattress for several weeks it remains very uncomfortable for both me and my wife. Last week we when back to the Bob Mills store we bought it at to activate the store 90 days sleep guarantee. The sales manager told us that the guarantee didn't cover custom orders nor did they stand behind the surface diagnostic. Don't fall for their TV commercial where Bob Mills says "We got your back" it seems Bob only has your "back pocket" in mind.

The bed seems great when you first get it, but quickly stops working the way is says it should. Five years in and the sides are broken down and it sagging everywhere. Purchased this bed because it was more expensive, suppossed to be of excellent quality and longevity, but has sadly disappointed me. My previous cheap mattress that I slept on a lot longer held up better and is still in better shape than this one. Hope the warranty works for me. However, really don't want a replacement from Kingsdown. Would rather get money back and purchase a different brand.

The bed was comfortable for the first few months. Then we noticed sagging and body impressions. We had the bed inspected and replaced after owning it for only 15 months. After 15months of use the sagging was the same as the bed we replaced after 10 years. Wished we had bought the other brand.
I bought the Kingsdown in June 2010, within months it started sagging. Now the seams are spitting open. Called customer service, I was told that the fabric is not under warranty, I tried to explain to them that it's not the fabric, but the seams are coming apart. I was told that they would send someone to patch my mattress.
Had this bed for just over twelve months. Bed keeps getting softer with one side worse than the other. Developed a hard ridge in the middle which does an amazing job of keeping you apart. Best bed for birth control ever made!
