Best Darn Mattress!!!!!!!

I’ve owned this bed now for years and it is just as comfortable today as it was when we bought it. My wife likes a softer mattress and I prefer a more firm feel so the ability to adjust it to our perfect comfort is amazing. We upgraded from a SleepNumber mattress for this bed and there is no comparison. My only complaint is that when my wife travels out of town she always mentions how she can’t wait to come home and “sleep in my own bed”, and forgets to mention that she misses me too!!!!!

Super warm in a Cold state

We have had our iSleep for 6 years. This was an investment to us. My temperature control box stopped working. I live in NE, it's January and I'm little so I need that extra heat. I emailed the company this am, and within 15 mins, probably less, the President of the company, Lynn, called me. I explained what had happened and knew we had to pay half of the cost because our 100% warranty was for the first 3 years and 50% for year 4-20. Not only was he so great over the phone, he actually cared. He asked how the rest of the bed has treated us over the years. We talked about the cold weather that was coming here over the weekend and he said he would have my replacement to me tomorrow. Not just the control box, he told me to take my old mattress pad and control box and get rid of it. He is replacing the entire mattress pad with the heating coils and the temperature controller for it. I have never needed to contact them before this because the bed was made for our needs. Back problems and such! So, as soon as I got off the phone with him, I went to my facebook page and told my friends to go to iSleep if they needed a new mattress. So impressed with how they handle everything. Thank You Again Lynn!

Excellent bed; personal service

The vice president worked closely with us before ordering the bed, so that it would offer the most comfort and support to my husband who struggles with mobility. Years later, when I was moving my husband to a group home, I needed a new pump and controller. The VP remembered me, expedited the shipping of materials so that the bed would be ready on time, and left his cell phone free during the time that I was installing the pump, in case I had any questions. (Days earlier, when I had an inquiry, the president of iSleep picked up the phone...on a weekend!) I am hugely impressed by the quality of the bed--my husband sleeps comfortably--and how the iSleep staff has partnered with me, again and again, to support the family.

Outstanding warrantee support & Customer Service!

We purchased our first iSleep King bed approximately 18 years ago and loved it! I prefer my bed to be firm, my wife prefers softer. The mix of bed 'technologies' works great - providing adjustable firmness, very comfortable and luxurious feel while lying down. We slept more comfortably and more deeply - especially when compared to the inter mattress coil beds. Fast forward to about a year ago, one of the side walls of the mattress was becoming warn as I have a habit of reading in bed, but close to the edge so I can reach the nightstand. After all the years, it was still usable, but sagged a little bit so my wife and I decided to look for a new bed. We were so pleased originally with our first iSleep, that it was the first place we went to look for a new bed. They volunteered and reminded us we were still under our 20 year warrantee, no questions asked. They were extremely customer focused and very professional. They immediately made arrangements to ship us our replacement mattress and also asked if we needed assistance assembling once it arrived (We did originally use their service for set up years earlier - very professional installers - but I realized that it was VERY easy to put together). This time we said no to installation services and I assembled after the speedy shipping. Extremely easy to set up! Also impressed with the improvements they had made over the years (e.g. a single very small compressor to blow up the air portion of the mattress compared to the two larger compressors from our first unit). Great product, great and trustworthy customer service. Phenomenal value when compared to the bigger names you see in malls and in ads on TV. Do yourself a favor and investigate iSleep if your looking for a quality mattress from a quality company with quality customer service and warrantee. PS: I sleep with my iWatch at night & use an application called "Pillow". I am approaching 60 yrs in the next year and I am fortunate that my sleeping pattern is usually between 78% 84% - quality on the app. iSleep works!

My 2nd iSleep bed

After 10 years with my original iSleep adjustable kingsize bed, it was time to replace it. After trying out other beds I went back to the iSleep. The comfort, softness, and ability to adjust the firmness brought me back. Bought the twin to try out with an adjustable base and works great. Will buy a second twin to make one kingsize bed. Very satisfied with my purchases.

Here we go again (a good thing!)

Back in Oct. of 2000, we purchased our first air-chambered bed from a local retailer. We had bought a number of beds from them in the past (all innerspring), but they just didn't hold up more than about 5-6 years. The salesperson then had us look at the Somma by Land and Sky. Jackpot! That mattress lasted us until just a few months ago -- 19 years! I called L&S, which is when I found that they have morphed into iSleep and Natural Bed -- adjustable air and full latex mattresses, respectively. I was speaking with Lynn, who I believe is co-founder of these companies with his brother, and shared with him what was going on with our 19 yr old mattress. To my surprise and pleasure, he said he would work with me on customizing a new setup for me and my wife -- for (at least) 50% off! Who does that?! He made me feel like a member of the family. We had decided to switch from a Calif King to a split-king setup with adjustable bases. Initially, we had thought about switching to all-latex mattresses (2 twin XLs make up a split-king). After talking with Lynn, we decided that we didn't want to give up the adjustability of the air chambers. We ended up with the best of both worlds -- air chambers topped with 5 inches of all-natural dunlop latex (instead of memory foam), customized to our individual size and weight. We also decided to go with adjustable bases that were purchased online but came from a locally owned distributor here in southern Calif. (**We did this through "that other" big-box store that is also related to a national retail chain...wink, wink; nudge, nudge. This saved us a lot on the shipping we would have incurred if we had purchased adjustable bases through iSleep...which Lynn was willing to do. But this saved him the hassle, as well. Those things are heavy!**) Long story...just a bit longer, we love our new bed! What Lynn and everyone else at iSleep did for us was amazing. In just over a week, we were sleeping like we hadn't...maybe ever. Seriously. The old Somma was good, but this new bed is awesome!

Quality materials + Outstanding Company = Awesome Bed!

My wife and I previously owned an i10 king size, Sleep Number bed(top of the line at the time of purchase) prior to purchasing our split-king size with 3" boxtop iSleep bed. Immediately upon inspection of our new iSleep bed, I noticed the quality of materials and workmanship, which by far is superior to the Sleep Number bed we owned. We also have better support with our new iSleep mattress than we did with the Sleep Number bed. It did take my wife and I awhile before finding the right setting, but once we did-Awesome, Comfortable, Supportive, Restful Sleep! The only con for this mattress is the 3" boxtop that shifts slightly and needs to be pulled back in place daily, however, this does not affect the quality of sleep. When bringing this to iSleep's attention they offered a solution and were receptive to our suggestions. iSleep is an outstanding company! Working, from start to finish, with the people at iSleep has truly been a wonderful experience!

Repeat and very happy customer

I had my previous iSleep for about 17 years. The bed was/is still excellent but I had an electrical issue on the pump motherboard. May have been a surge. I tried finding a pump but then saw the toll free number on the back of it. On a long shot I called the number and they answered! I was just as shocked when they told me that they have a 20 year warranty on their mattresses and I could buy another pump but for a bit more I could get a reduced cost new one! While I thought the old one could go another 17 years it is seriously that good, I thought why not get a new one? While these are inexpensive vs competitors (don't fall for their selling point of 99 different settings! ) they aren't built cheap. Also, I just helped my friend move. It took three of us to cram his box spring and traditional mattress up the stairs. I'm telling you if you ever have to move your bed you'll love yourself for getting this one. So easy to move and setup. Granted it was my second one but I had this put together in like 30 minutes. There was no hard sell and I had a few conversations with them. Very helpful and customized to how I and my partner sleep. As an added bonus it even came with a heated mattress pad. Now that was just the cherry on top as I wasn't expecting that! ***You spend 1/3 of your life in your bed. How you sleep in that 1/3 completely affects the quality of the other 2/3 of your life. This is the place to invest money people! Love my bed!***
