Great pandemic Bed

We have been I Sleep customers for years. Love their beds. We purchased the adjustable bed to help with acid reflux for my husband. After getting COVID we found the ability to lift the head and adjust it all around really helped with respiratory symptoms. Adjusting the feet helps with sciatic pain as well. Once you become an I Sleep customer you get great service and discounts on products. These beds are able to be upgraded and repaired like no other. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

I love this mattress! It is a replacement for my original I-sleep. I couldn’t be happier with the warranty. I also love all the upgrades. This is the only mattress (brand) I will ever own. The white glove delivery and set up was excellent. The levels of adjustment are great so that if you are doing yard work and you need it softer or harder you can do it. In the morning, you wake and are ready for the day because you have had best sleep. I highly recommend this mattress and the company. Dianne Scullary

I do not have a partner, the lady is my WIFE. Thankful for iSleep and the product they deliver. We really love the adjustable comfort. Somedays it is not easy to get out of bed because of the comfort provided

I have had four beds in past 8 years

This is my fourth bed in 8 years and this bed was less expensive than the other beds. I have tried Heavenly, a water air combination bed and innerspring beds and my back and body were always tight and felt bad. With a recommendation from my Chiropractor I tried the I sleep bed and it is the best! No more pain and when we travel we can tell we are on our bed because my wife's hip will have pain and my back will be tight. THe customer service has been great. I called with an issue with the remote and they fixed it over the phone. I can not talk highly enough about this great bed. I wish I had found it sooner.

Love this Mattress

The iSleep mattress was custom made for my husband and I. Measurements were taken and our sleep patterns were assessed so that each side is perfect for each person. We have had great sleep and truly love that we can adjust the firmness to fit each of our needs. The mattress was recommended by our chiropractor and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a good quality nights sleep.

Such peaceful, comforting and nurturing sleep!!!

I was so impressed by the way we customized my bed. Under the soft pillow top are two latex or foam pads, and then the air mattress. With the owners help, I decided on a firm 3" foam. The other latex pad, which is 2" thick, is medium firm. You can mix and match different strength pads to find the degree of firmness or softness you want. Initially, I thought I wanted them both firm, but, this company has done incredible research and studying of this field, and pointed out that two firm pads might not give my back what it needed. My back would need some softness so that it would not resist the firmness and tense up in spots. I could always return one and get a firmer or softer or medium one if I did not find this working for me. But, it did work, and I find such wonderful comfort sleeping this way. They really do extensive research, and really do know how to guide a person to their best sleep. As if this is not enough, they have the most caring and stellar customer service I have ever encountered ANYWHERE! They treat customers like family and go to such extremes to help answer all questions and provide wonderful solutions on all areas of bedding and sleeping. They have detailed records on my purchase and remember me by name when I call. Another thing I would like to mention.....When I bought this I was a single 64 year old woman, and I was not sure if I could manage putting this bed together by myself. I also was leery about bringing the boxes up a set of stairs to my bedroom. I asked for the "White Glove" service, but it turned out I didn't end up using it!! The boxes were not too bad and I did not struggle very much bringing them up stairs. I was amazed at the efficient packaging. I was so impressed that most of the bed was put together and in place before I even took it out of the box (The side rails and the air mattress were in place and the polymer coils were velcroed in). From there, it was very easy to set up. So remarkable and a wonderful asset to my health!!

iSleep/Natural Bed - Perfect! Custom Product, Great Service

Latex -- the perfect material for a mattress. It's soft but it "pushes back," unlike a quilted bed topper. It conforms to your body but lets you move freely, unlike memory foam. It's durable, unlike synthetic foam. And it comes in different densities, matched to your body weight. I am a small person and a side-sleeper. I "floated" on top of every mattress, failing to engage the support system. My iSleep got rid of pressure points on my hips and shoulders. I got an iSleep custom-built mattress. It has a knit cover and four layers (Supersoft, Soft, Medium, and Firm) of high-quality, natural latex that never had any odor. Mine is without any adjustable foundation, quilted topper, or temperature control. This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on, anywhere, in my whole life. Ron, Chris, and Lynn will work with you until you are happy. They can swap out or replace any layers. Your mattress will be custom-built, of high-quality materials, in a local factory owned by longtime residents of our city who have decades of experience in making beds. You can't get a better mattress or more personal service than that. Go try Mattress Firm or other commercial places, and then compare them to this. You'll be glad you did.

My Queen to a Split King

We had a conventional pillow top mattress & box spring so after 15 plus years it was getting tired and so where we. We started the mattress shopping thing, did the touchy touchy feel and critiquing each mattress. With a little research and being local residents we decided to stop at the I Sleep store. I by nature am cursed with overly picky traits so my questions and explanation of our sleeping habits were answered with very knowledgeable responses. My wife & I decided on purchasing the split king with adjustable frames and a little customization of the features. I personally fall asleep in 5 to 10 seconds and sleep for hours without moving, my wife on the other hand can be a hot mess, blanket throwing, toss & turn, complain she can't fall asleep, and complains she is tired when she gets up type person, so this behavior caused me to toss, flip & grab and snore in all positions. Sleep study for me was her intension but maybe its not me I said, well that didn't go over very well . So The I Sleep mattress was the last resort before divorce court. My snore mode on the remote has helped me tremendously, I don't flip very much and sleep in one position most of the night. My wife has found a happy place she still has a few moments here and there but not as before. The adjustability, options and information is the reason for our purchase and so far I strongly recommend this bed. As you read the reviews some will be positive and some not, but if everything is perfect there would no need for customer reviews. If this bed can keep my queen happy and rested nothing more needs to be said. I wish you all the best.
