I was in a deer/4 wheeler accident and broke 7 vertebrae. I now have lots of metal in my back running from my belt line to my shoulder blades. Hospital beds were very comfortable and having that adjustability was necessary. When I got home I had a loaner bed that worked pretty good. Then I bought the bed from isleep with the platform the raises the head and legs. I need soft. The Bed is like a cloud, almost literally. I wake up feeling great. I tried real firm but that's not for me. My sleep number is 6. The support is still awesome. This bed does very firm or it can go very soft. Soft works for me. I sleep good and feel great. Money well spent.

Customer Service has been excellent. Anyone I have talked to has been helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Any issues I have had were resolved quickly. I love my iSleep bed which I have had for 17 years. I wouldn’t sleep on any other bed!! I recommend the iSleep bed and the team working there without reservation .

I'm a smart shopper who does my research and loves to get a good deal on a quality product. We purchased and began using this mattress in April 2024 and have been very happy with it these past 6 months.
We purchased a split king with adjustable bases to replace our queen innerspring that we'd had for many years. My husband and I both have sleep apnea, are very different weights, and both suffer from neck and/or back pain. The ability to adjust the firmness of the mattress for each of us has been so helpful! We've each noticed an improvement in our neck / back pain.
I can't say enough about the fantastic customer service! From my initial call with Chris (who even returned my call and patiently responded to my long list of questions after hours on a Saturday!) to a couple of troubleshooting discussions with Ian and periodic attentive check ins from Shelly to ensure we've been sleeping well, the service has been top notch every step of the way!
Shortly after starting to sleep on the the new bed, we realized we needed additional support around the outer edges of each of the mattresses, which they quickly shipped to us and we easily installed. That resolved our issue and we've been sleeping wonderfully!
We've also enjoyed having the adjustable bases to lounge comfortably while watching TV. The incline feature also really helped reduce our coughing and congestion when we both recently had bad colds.
In summary, after many years of hesitating to purchase a new mattress because I wasn't convinced there were any that could meet both our different needs, I can confirm that this mattress was worth the wait. I'm so glad I took the GoodBed survey and found iSleep...wish I'd found them years ago! Their product and service has exceeded our expectations and I will happily continue to recommended them. I just sent a response to your second review on the Larson family's commitment to quality of sleep, customer service and the world's best warranty which is still 50% coverage in 2044 meaning you can replace this bed in 20 years for half price and get another 20 years warranty.

Never thought I could sleep on air! iSleep changed my mind!
My mother has been using this bed for years and really likes it. Recently, she had a challenge with the bed and customer service was REALLY attentive and helpful. They guided us to a solution and the process was seamless! Now my mother is sleeping on air again and loving it!

The Isleep mattress has been absolutely fantastic for the past 17 years We just purchased a new mattress not because it was failing but to add an additional Isleep mattress for guests. This company designs and manufacturers the best sleep system on the market today. As a Doctor of Chiropractic I can not recommend a better mattress.
