Once you do your research, this mattress has no comparison, the quality and level of sleep you will have on the ISleep will make you wonder why you waited so long to own one.

Best experiece!

I was recommended this mattress because I would wake up everyday with a sore body, almost to the point I didn't want to sleep in my own bed. We have owned our new mattress for 3 months now and since night 1 I have woke up with my body feeling no pain! I was hesitant at first in purchasing but I was assured by the company that if I was not satisfied that I would be taken care of appropriately. With the recommendation I had and the way the company represented themselves I felt comfortable enough to purchase and I'm absolutely thankful I did! I personally recommend this company to everyone I speak to, they will help guide you to what best fits your needs/wants.

FINALLY! The solution to all our sleep problems!

Problem #1: I have terrible insomnia. I have tried everything except sleep prescriptions and still was only getting less than 5 hours of sleep per night... especially since I married my husband. Problem #2: My husband and I are very different sizes. Before we married, I slept fairly well on super soft mattress. Unfortunately, that mattress did not provide any support for him. The NOT iSleep saga: We tried at least 3 different old school mattresses and then last year thought, "Hey! I bet we need one of those mattresses that have separate airchambers for each of us". You know… the common brand that everyone has heard of. We were SO excited when it (NOT iSleep) was delivered; our expectations were high. But it only took a few nights for that high to be completely crushed. - our sides were so different that it caused a huge ledge between us - my husband felt like he was balancing on a pool noodle - I developed neck, shoulder, and back pain so severe that it turned into a 4-day migraine, and I moved to the couch To make things worse, when I called to return it after a week, we were told we had to sleep on it for at least 30 days... and they could monitor our usage since the bed was connected to wifi. So, we put our old mattress (praise God, we still had it) on top of the monitored one, and completed our 30 day obligation. Let me repeat that was NOT the iSleep mattress. While enduring the 30-day obligation, I stumbled across a video for the iSleep mattress… it addressed every single issue we were having! I sent the video to my husband and we nervously made a decision. As soon as we got the refund, we would put an order in for an iSleep. THIS mattress: • Stays even across our very different firmness selections • Relieved my back, shoulder, and most of my neck pain • But most all… I CAN SLEEP 7 to 8 hours! Thank you, iSleep! I actually look forward to going to bed every night!

BEST BED EVER!

From answering my many questions to getting my bed ordered, this company was superb to work with!! Never pushy and always supportive. When my delivery was obviously not handled correctly by the shipping company, ISleep went over and beyond to make sure all was well with the product and that we were happy. We even had personnel support on the weekend to get it set it up. I will gladly do business with Isleep in any future purchases we need. Great family company!!! Thank you ISleep!!!

So happy with our purchase!

My husband and I are both extremely happy that we purchased this bed. I used to wake up several times a week with acid reflux. Now that I sleep with the head of the bed raised slightly that rarely happens. And he also sleeps with his head elevated slightly and I rarely hear him snore anymore. I like a very soft mattress and my setting is at 16. His is a bit firmer for his liking. The sheets and pillows that we got from iSleep are so amazing. The pillow is the shredded Tatalay. I am a pillow snob and this is the best pillow I have ever had (and I have tried many pillows!). We have absolutely no regrets that we purchased this bed. Thank you Ron, Ian and Shelly for being attentive to every detail.

Great for opposite sleepers

iSleep was recommended to me by my parents. I was skeptical at first. I like to sleep on a hard surface due to back issues and proper skeletal alignment. I thought, how could an adjustable air mattress live up to my annoying and difficult standards. But, after a few months, I am a true believer. It did, however, take a few tweaks and a couple of calls to Shelly, before everything became perfect. The bed was quite easy to setup. The only part that stumped me was which layer of foam went down first. A quick call to customer service solved that mystery. Other than that, install was pretty painless, and although I couldn't find any step by step instructions, you really don't need any. Our first two to three months was a big trial and error phase, my wife and I just couldn't get to that perfect level of comfort. After not being able to dial in on the issue, I called customer service and explained everything. We had a range of aches and pains; Back, neck, shoulder, hip etc. I felt as if I was sleeping on a floating ship. I maxed my number out and still felt it was too soft. However, after speaking on the phone with customer service, we received a new layer of denser top layer foam which did the trick. My number is 50, my wife's is somewhere in the high 20's or low 30's. All of our issues and concerns were answered plus some. I have never experienced such attentiveness from a company until being on the phone with, not just one, but several staff members from iSleep. Big shout out to Ian for dealing with my incessive questions and indecisiveness about which bed was best for me and my wife. I'd also like to thank Shelly for making sure we were getting the best out of our bed. I would definitely recommend this bed to anyone who is extremely fussy.

This new ISleep bed is awesome--so comfortable.

Our first ISleep bed lasted 19 years. This new one is even better. We are in our mid 80s but managed to change to the new bed with no help. The service we got from the company was outstanding--such great people to work with. Highly recommended!

Amazing product for consistent sleep!

The dual zone air mattress with heating blanket has been one of the best purchases my wife and I have ever made to improve our overall health. We prefer different levels of firmness for restorative sleep and this mattress delivers. Excellent quality and detail oriented customer service!

The customer service at I-Sleep was outstanding. Took much care in answering all my questions, even last minute ones while setting up the bed. Extra effort was made to ship in a timely fashion. Recommend highly the I Sleep bed. We purchased the cal king dual control.

Unsurpassed Customer Service

This Mattress was good when we first got it but o er the years we have worked with the iSleep team for make it fanaominal! Ever small issue we had they address, modified and improved at no cost to use. They respond quickly and follow up extensively. We've never worked with a company for any product that backs their product like iSleep. Great service, great product. Last bed I may ever own.
