Second purchase with isleep

We originally bought an isleep bed over 10 years ago at the recommendation of a chiropractor. Recently we called to replace the remotes to the air chambers but instead bought an entire new bed after speaking with one of the owners. He offered us a great deal as long term customers. Our bed was 10 years old and getting a brand new one was unexpected. More importantly having an owner answer the phone on a weekend shows the level of customer service you can expect. The after sale and delivery follow up is unprecedented and appreciated. The bed is easy to put together and looks just like a traditional mattress once it's complete. We are customers for life!

Better Sleep

We bought an adjustable king size with the split foundation so my husband and I could each change our mattress separately. We are still experimenting with how to adjust our sides, but are very satisfied with the bed so far. It was well worth the money spent and highly recommend this brand to all who are looking to buy an air mattress bed.

Excellent Mattress! Outstanding Customer Service!

This is my second iSleep bed and I have never been happier! I upgraded to the newest model because one of the bladders developed a slight air leak and the pump wasn't working on one side. I contacted iSleep and they literally bent over backwards to make sure I had a new bed in less than a week. The warranty on this mattress is great! Where else in the world could you get a 12 year old mattress replaced with a newer, better model for half the price?! Between the exceptional customer service and the fact that I am literally comatose once I lay down, I am a lifelong customer and will never purchase anything other than an iSleep!

Pricey, but worth it.

Sure, you can get any number of inner-spring or memory foam mattresses for a fraction of the price of an adjustable air bed, but there's nothing like the comfort of adjustable air. Not only that, but traditional mattresses wear out after a couple of years, starting the mattress-buying cycle all over again, whereas air beds last much longer and are easy to repair if an individual component fails (even though replacement components don't come cheap). In my experience, adjustable air mattresses will absolutely spoil you for any other kind of sleeping surface. I can't enjoy travel anymore, since hotel beds are so uncomfortable compared to adjustable air that I might as well lie out in the street for the amount of sleep I'll get.

Love this mattress

We had owned another iSleep mattress. After ten years we didn't feel as comfortable or supported. When I contacted the company I was very really pleased with the customer service. Since it was still under warranty we could try some fixes or we were offered a brand new mattress at 75% off the price. We jumped at getting a new mattress with a new 20 year warranty. Couldn't be happier.

Like sleeping on air :-)

Seriously, We originally bought an iSleep mattress in 2009. There was a small issue that was resolved within a couple days. In 2018 (**almost 10 years later**), and a move to the midwest, the mattress had gotten a bit worn and more than a bit dirty. It also wasn't holding air like it had in the past. I called up and got Larry Long who was a tremendous help in replacing the existing mattress. Yes, I said 'replace.' We did have to pay some (50%) of the full price to replace the mattress. Oh, I didn't mention the warranty - AWESOME. Call them and check it out. We got the new mattress shortly. Larry called to make sure it was working well and we were happy - who does that? iSleep does. We love this mattress, we sleep GREAT, and the customer service is top notch! Get one of these things - you will sleep better for it.
