- Removal: Removal of old mattress provided free with delivery
- Notes: Local deliveries are $75 and deliveries outside of our local area will be assessed a delivery charge based upon the distance between our warehouse and the delivery address. Delivery service includes set-up, any assembly, and cleanup of all packaging materials. We are unable to take away any old items you may be replacing. The only exception is the removal of your old mattress set when we are delivering a new bedding set. Some exceptions may apply.

- Policy: Comfort Guarantee available for select purchases for up to 120 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
- Notes: Only Serta iComfort and Serta iSeries have a comfort exchange period, all other brands do not carry any exchange period. You will have to pay a 15% return and disposal fee plus $200 for shipping and handling, which will be deducted from the amount credited to you for your return. In the case of a return with no exchange, your credit will be issued when the returned product is received back at our distribution center. All adjustable foundation sales are final.
