- Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be exchanged for up to 120 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
- Fees: $99.99 re-delivery fee for the replacement mattress.
- Notes: 120 Night Comfort Trial with the purchase of an approved mattress protector. If, after 30 days, and before 120 days, you are not comfortable on your new mattress, you can make a one-time exchange for a new mattress of equal or greater value. There is a one-time $99.99 re-delivery fee. California king and split king size mattresses are excluded, and non-returnable.
