Delivery Policy:

• Policy: Delivery available - Free with qualifying mattress purchase of $999 or more
• Set-up: Set-up provided free with qualifying purchase of $999 or more
• Removal: Removal of old mattress provided free with delivery
• Timing: Consumer will be called the day of delivery by 9am and arrange a 2 hour window for delivery.
• Notes: Must be in sanitary condition

Return Policy:

• Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be exchanged for up to 120 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
• Fees: 10% restocking fee. Customer also receives 110% the mattress retail price toward a new mattress
