I bought a queen-size mattress and box spring here less than a year ago. Within four months, the springs started to pop and the mattress broke down, leaving dents where I sleep. It's the worst mattress I've ever had.
The store has a "no return, refund or exchange" policy, so once you buy your bad mattress from Dallas World of Sleep, you're stuck with it. I've tried to call the store to complain, but the phone just rings and rings. Avoid this store!!!
