Preston , the owner, was by far the worst customer service person I’ve ever encountered. He spoke to my 76 year old mother inappropriately and rudely. I called and spoke to him and my mother was not wrong. He told me he did not care if my mother ever purchased anything there again. I told him I would be writing a review and he told me that was fine and he’d be calling his attorney. He asked what I wanted from him and I simply told him I wanted him to be nice. I told him it is my job to protect my elderly mother and his behavior was rude. He told me he didn’t care what I thought. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will assist my mother in traveling for miles to purchase furniture from anywhere but there. Avoid this store!
