This was an online purchase. When mattress was delivered the men delivering accidentally ripped the underside dust cover in 2 small places, not affecting mattress performance. Contacted the WinkBeds company. They very quickly gave me a monetary compensation. All I did was take 2 pictures that I emailed to them and they refunded my account.
