Many hours, bad results in "Dreamland"

Shopped 3 days here for a couch. On third visit we bought a $700.00+ couch that had to be ordered. The salesclerk said it usually takes 3-4 weeks, BUT when she looked it up it showed it had already been ordered and was on the way so it would arrive in 10 days to 2 weeks at the most. On the 11th day I called to check on status and was informed it would be 2-3 months before ti would arrive! I had already sold and made arrangements for my old couch to be picked up on tho 14th day. NOW I would be without a couch for 1 1/2 months minimum, due to the lie I was told! I asked for a full refund, and they were quick to do so and in 2 days I had the money back in my account. I went out the same day and found a better deal on a better couch at Furniture Row. I liked the friendliness, at the offending location, of staff and the vast selection to look at, but be careful they do not have many of their items in stock and you will wait! You may also be "misinformed" about delivery times. I will not buy here again.
