The delivery guys damaged my home and then the owner told me he would not make things right with a $100 repair after I had made a $3000 purchase because (direct quote) "customers always lie".

This comment is from Ms. Felecia Williams and her allegations of damage are false. She claims that the delivery team soiled her carpet but had the alleged damage cleaned before Why Pay More could send a representative to her home to inspect it. She did not mention that her home is 25 miles from our store, and she had an issue with a chest we also delivered to her that we exchanged at no additional cost to her even though the store had to spend 5 hours to exchange and re deliver it to her. Interesting she should post here, SINCE SHE DID NOT EVEN BUY A MATTRESS from Why Pay More.
