We tried many mattress at the store, we finally settled on one. It was the right amount of soft and firm, we purchased it and 2 weeks later it was delivered. Unfortunately the gentleman did not inform us that the mattress we had chosen would arrive as hard as wooden boards. I called thinking we had received the wrong mattress, all they said is wait 5-6 months and it will feel like it does in the store. The other suggestion was to have kids jump up and down on to soften it. When I find this disturbing, now after only 5 days of sleeping on the board, I am super tired, my back has gone out again, every muscle is sore. You just can’t find a comfortable spot and you are constantly tossing and turning. If he would of told us this I would of opted for a pillow top mattress, now we are stuck with expensive boards in our bedroom, because neither of can sleep on it. I will not be purchasing mattresses or anything else from Harns Furniture again. VERY DISPLEASED
