I had a broken piece from my bed frame. I did not buy the mattress from this store but I noticed online they carried the brand of the frame . I called the store and spoke to Doug. He was very friendly and said to call when I got to the store. He met me in the
parking lot, respectful of the precautions in this pandemic time. and came over to my car. I showed him my broken piece
and he returned from the store in a few minutes and took my piece and added a new part that he happened to have at the store..He said if it did not work, to call him and he would work on something else to make it work. Well, it worked ....and he didn't even charge me. I know where I'll be buying my next bed. Thanks, Doug....
