Poor quality. Issues with furniture frame mechanisisms as well as furniture seat padding losing its shape in 9 months time. Adult owned. Sit on 15 hours a week. Quality is a 3 on a 10 scale.
Have to call the store week after week after week after week after filing a verbal claim on furniture. Still no resolve. Shaw Furniture should be the mediator for my claim. Has not provided this service in any timely manner, at least has not kept me informed of the claim progress outside of, " have they not called you yet?"
Unacceptable.
