We purchased a mattress with a 10 year warranty. The mattress was from Symbol Mattress. Joe was more than willing to help us with it but hadn't purchased feom Symbol in quite some time. We had to deal directly with Symbol. I spoke with Janet in the warranty department. She handled our claim quickly and had a comparable mattress sent to us via ups. Janet was very helpful and polite to work with. We are happy with the outcome.
