Verlo specializes in mattresses and is known for their customer service. The crackhead who complained below probably bought a kids or entry-level guest bedroom mattress after charging into the store demanding that they "would not spend that kind of money" on anything else. They also service your mattress for $150 for a queen size, to completely re-stuff it. I've had mine for almost 30 years. One of the only companies left that actually build double-sided mattresses. My family, neighbors and friends all have Verlo and would not think of shopping anywhere else. The salespeople are very knowledge, they all have built the mattresses before even being allowed to talk to customers, and they bend over backwards to find solutions for you. Seriously, don't listen to the other lunatic review. He's the kind of person that waits outside a store at 9:55am, pounding on the doors when they don't open till 10.
