I called for service after a couple years because a $1700 that’s right a $1700 mattress has a huge valley in the middle of it where my wife and I sleep. I weigh 190 and she weighs 140. NOT huge people. This mattress is a P.O.S. I called weeks ago to finally get service on the mattress to get it fixed. Never heard back from the Store after being told someone would call. I paid more for this mattress than I did for my first car! Don’t buy Verlo!
