When something went wrong with my online order, the website's chat help advised me to call. This lead me to speak with Monica, who was not only very pleasant to work with, she made sure to do what was needed to make sure my order could go through. I usually hate having to make calls to customer service departments, but Monica was great, and my problem was solved!
