My experience with Kevin, my sales person was outstanding. He answered all of my questions, identified the exact mattress I was seeking, and did a fine job of explaining the manufacture and delivery process. He also left me his phone number in case I had questions or needed his help in any way. Kevin is a man on top of his game.
NOTE: I made my purchase on line a mere two days ago. Thus I was unable to answer many of your questions. Do consider waiting until after your customer receives the merchandise before sending out a survey.
