I don't appreciate the manipulative and hard sell I experienced with Ivy, who said she was the owner. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. I went with a specific item in mind, but she had a far more expensive product she insisted I should buy instead, then proceeded to degrade the quality of the item I came for - why sell it then???? I felt dirty when I left and they lost my sale.
