Bought a mattress at The Organic Mattress. It was hard as a rock when I slept on it the first night. Never got a follow up call from the kid who sold it to me and there are NO returns. This store obvioulsy DOESN'T stand by their product. I ended up buying a foam mattress to place on top. Plus, I inquired about a buying headboard and the low quality salesman said he would call me in regards to what he had. Again, I received no call. Huge red flag when a company has a NO RETURN policy. But, they were promoted on a CNN affiliate news station. Hindsight is 20/20.

I am gobsmacked by this review and cannot think of a single customer with whom we have any negative interactions. This review is bogus. Very sad.
