The Mattress Store did admit to a faulty mattress. This customer did not purchase a complete set. Upon inspection of the warranty call, our service guys noticed broke down box springs from another store. The old box springs caused a premature sag on the mattress. We did recommend new box springs to this customer at the time of purchase which they did not want. The Mattress Store came out and attempted to take care of the issue. In the end The Mattress Store refunded her money 100% and left it at that. Our customers are always our first priority no matter what happens.
