Today I went to the Brick in St Catharines to pick up my new King Size mattress and box spring. There was quit a line up of customers waiting for service. The friendly customer service representative was working as fast as he could. What totally impressed me was the STORE MANAGER (dressed in a suit) showed up and began to help load my truck up with my purchases. Kudos goes out to Ken Donnelly who exemplified what Teamwork should look like. A manager who jumps in to help out in all levels of his store. Very impressed Mr Donnelly. Thanks
