This situation is so sad! I bought a king size foam mattress at The Brick in Kitchener, after few months of use I notice it was bad to my body so I claimed the warranty and had it exchanged to new coil system king size mattress (cost of 3 thousand). After 3 months of use I have noticed it sinking down, I immediately claimed the warranty. The technician came to inspect the mattress and notice that it was already sunk 1 inch. After all this, my body and back already hurt, I got the information of the claimed was refused because the warranty says the Mattress has to sink 1 1/2 minimum in order for replacement. Mattress 3000.00, and got this joke! They do what they want to sell. then after, that’s what the client gets! never again buy anything at The Brick! Poor quality!
