I am a disabled person and my husband is getting a new hip in 3 weeks. We decided to look for a new mattress, unfortunate we choose THE BRICK. After warnings from friends telling us to stay away from THE BRICK (they will sell you anything) we came to realize this was very true. The salesman Tommie did not listen to our needs and recommended a bed that was 36' high..(it would be sitting on a platform with drawers) wth.. how do you get in a bed that high..we are in our 60's. I expected a salesman of 20 years would know his stuff better. We had to return the first mattress unused (still in the bag). The second mattress was even worse, the edges rolled over, the bed was still too high. When the delivery people brought it into the house I told them do NOT take off the plastic ..yup they did. Going back to the very beguining I had asked about the return policy.. Tommie told us we could try a few beds and if we weren't happy get a refund. What a crock!! We even talked with his manager Jeremy.. he was not pleasant at at.. and told us he would look into a refund foe us... that was 3 days ago.. and we never heard from him again. We sold the bed privately.. but THE BRICK you have lost customers over this.. and we will be spreading the word. Once you take our money you have no interest in your customers or their satisfaction. Shame on you to take advantage of a pensioner and his disabled wife.
