Jean the sales lady met us on display floor. Led us to clearance for same new boxspring on display floor, except this one was on clearance at $48! Jean helped us figure out logistics, selling us 100' of nice soft pliable white rope for $14. Austin met us at warehouse/dock/customer pickup on east side of building. Austin is an energetic & positive fellow & helped us load the boxspring on the roof of the car. We tied criss cross method front & back & secured through 4 open doors method. Austin even gave us some free long boards(not surf) to put on boxsping. Saved well over $100 on boxspring, plus saved $140 delivery charge. Boxspring was for my eldest senior sister. We are both members of the Royal Canadian Legion, and my youngest sister is too! Our great uncle, John Ferguson, at 19, was killed in WW1 in Germany.
