We used to be fans of this location but the latest experience has left us with an extremely bad taste in our mouths!!! We were here from out of town and went with my MIL to help her buy a new bed. She bought an adjustable electric bed and specifically asked the sales guy if the mattress she ordered would be as high as the display model as it was very tall. He said it wouldn't, so she ordered the bed. Note; we called and compared prices with other places before we ordered.  When it was delivered, it was so tall that she couldn't get in or out of it without a stool and it was a major safety issue. We called in the next day and explained the problem and HOLY COW, what a production!! First, they refused to return the mattress until after 21 days (this is their policy to try to get you to keep the mattress), when we argued that this was a safety issue and if something happened and she hurt herself, we would be coming back on them, they finally agreed to exchange the mattress. HERE'S THE KICKER; they told us that they have different height legs for the bed base and we could have ordered shorter ones (they sold us the tallest ones)!!! NOT ONCE did anyone tell us that before we bought the bed!! When we asked if we could just order different legs now, they said we could BUT they would not install them, so this 75 year old woman would have to do it herself!!! Since she had no way to do that, she had no choice but to order a different mattress and surprise surprise, the only other one they had available was over $1000 more PLUS they charged her another $80 delivery fee!!!! We WILL NOT deal with these CROOKS again!! In the end, she paid more than Sleep Country had quoted and had terrible service to boot!! Save yourself a lot of hassle and shop elsewhere!!
