is Brick does not care about there customers rather only about the bottom line . I was told by Maggie on two occasions in April and via email that once the repair service reopened I would be taken care of ! I followed up in May and again in June . After days of their fumbling I was told by Heather that the item purchased was out of warranty. Delivered in July 18 and the bed fell apart in Late March of 2020. It was purchased for my daughter whom I have every other weekend and after approx 50 sleeps the bottom baseboard disintegrated.

Even though I was told by their Associate via email that they would repair, they have now about faced and told me I am out of luck.

I even asked for the store manager to give me a call and he/she had the customer service rep call me instead with the news.

Do not purchase anything from the Brick
