Very disappointed with the lack of communication and followup with the store. Ordered shoes for my Dad 1 month ago. Was initially told would take about 2-3 weeks due to COVID. Never a call back and finally decided to call back and now told shoe in backorder. Had I known this I would have never purchased shoes. If not delivered within next 2 weeks will demand a refund.
