I had my doubts about 10yr warranty but to my surprise ( Ron) came and looked at my mattress and a couple of days later he called me to tell me I was getting a full refund to buy a replacement. If anyone wants a real warranty on mattress go to the bedroomstore in Melville mo ask for azira kantarevic you won't be disappointed yes there is still truth to warranty.
