I spent $130. on a pillow that gave me the worst night sleep I have ever had. At least in my own bed. I tried two other pillows all with the same results. The Back Store will not stand behind its product with a return even though they supposedly want people to sleep better. I slept on each pillow only one night each with a covering. Considering the circumstances I feel that management should have side stepped the "store policy" of exchange only. Too bad. I guess I will take by business for the $8,000 bed somewhere else.
