Completely disgusted with this company’s warranty! My husband and I purchased a Kingsdown mattress exactly 8 months ago after my husband had back surgery. It was specifically asked and promised by the sales rep at Teppermans Windsor there would be no dipping at the lower lumbar area. We spent over $4000 on a king size custom number bed. Well Kingsdown....it’s dipping a lot and we are normal size people. Can’t even imagine what this mattress would look like if we were over weight people. Teppermans keeps saying you won’t cover the warranty because it’s “normal” dipping. NO MATTRRSS AFTER 8 MONTHS SHOULD SINK/ DIP! I don’t care if it’s 1 inch or 1.25 inches of dipping ...it’s dipping without body weight on it. To add to insult the company actually put a piece of plexiglass on top of the mattress to do their measurements! Are you kidding...how is that going to give you a true concave measurement when your applying a flat surface. If you stand by your products.....maybe you should stop fighting customers and fix the issue!!!! Prior to this purchase I had a mattress that was over 14 years old and never had the issues I’m having now after 8 months! I still have that mattress as well! Maybe I should have went with that company instead....at least nothing dips!
I’m not rich so it’s not an option to buy another one! Fix the problem KINGSDOWN if you have any integrity!!
