We had a good experience at the store with friendly salespeople and convenient check out. We like the mattress we bought but the follow up customer service was poor. They forgot an item in our delivery and didn’t have a reason and then didn’t follow up with letting us know when the rest of our order was in stock. We called and made another trip to the store and despite being told numerous time that they would follow up with us, there was no communication. That was very disappointing.
