My mother and my wife purchased a futon at this store on May 4, 2010. At the time of purchase, the sales rep, Pras, told us that WE COULD PICK UP THE FUTON AT THE STORE ON MAY 18, 2010. We went to pickup the futon on that day, early afternoon. THE FUTON WAS NOT AT THE STORE. Kal, the store manager was to call us back within 45 minutes. HE DID NOT CALL US BACK (the first time). My wife called back 1.5 hours later. KAL DID NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE OUR COMPLAINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kal KEPT INSISTING THAT WE WERE IN THE WRONG, that he needed to speak with Pras first, and then he would get back to us. As flabbergasted as we were, we had no choice but to take Kal's word that he would call us back sometime between 4:30PM and 9PM when the store closes. WE WAITED UNTIL 8:45PM. No phone call (the second time). The only thing he would say is that we could COME TO THE STORE TOMORROW TO PICK UP THE FUTON! I told him this was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. HE HUNG UP ON ME.Flabbergasted. Filed complaint w/ BBB.
