My wife and I bought a bed from Sweet Dreams that we thought was the 'perfect' bed. We realized that both our backs were acting up, stiff with pains in the mornings. Unfortunately it was a bit after Sweet Dreams 120 night in-home comfort guarantee. There was no issue, and no attitude from the sales staff. They allowed us to pick out another bed that was more to our comfort and liking, charged us a very moderate delivery price and everyone was happy. The new bed was a bit more in price but well worth it. I'd recommend Sweet Dreams to anyone looking for a great deal and great customer service.
