Exceptional, friendly service

We live in Mooresville, NC and called three mattress companies within a one mile radius. One didn't answer, one was rude and one had me driving to their store within the hour. Sweet Dreams has a very welcoming staff who are both knowledgable and professional. The selection was not overwhelming, which made the decision making process more manageable. They had a nice selection of price points so there's something for everyone. Susan was patient with me and did not make me feel rushed or pressured. She recommended that I get the better frame, which has 9 legs making the bed virtually non-movable when getting in and out! What a relief from the old 5 legged "jiggly" frame we had before! Big difference. The memory foam mattress we chose has been awesome. It's so comfortable that when we are away we can't wait to get back home to our own bed. Over a year after the sale I met Greg, one the owners. He promptly replaced my mattress cover that we were unable to use, with one that was more suitable for our comfort. If you need financing, which we did, they have options, which worked out great.
