I appreciate how Steven went out of his way to make sure my bed and the frame were set up properly. He had to make two trips to my home and call around to find what I needed but he didn't give up until he accomplished the task. He also made sure he showed up when he said he would or called to communicate a change. He made me feel like I was family.
