Our first purchase kept the salesman/owner over an hour after closing and he was very gracious and took great care of us. Second purchase, they fulfilled our request to deliver the 'old' mattress to our son's home about 6 miles from our home, within a mile of the store. Everyone has been very friendly & helpful!
