I bought a couch from them and then within a few weeks, the bottom leg of the couch broke off so the couch sits unevenly. I emailed the store and never heard back. After a year of owning this couch, the tubes are starting to come out of the cushion seams. I have another couch that is about 10 years old and is still pretty decent shape. DISAPOINTED with the poor customer service and poor quality of the furniture, will not shop there again.
