From the moment I walked in the door, as James held it open for me, I was leery. As I was coming in with a problem, and an old one at that! I explained I wasn’t able to take the needed pictures of my Tempur-pedi mattress, I even tried locating a technician that could help me, to no avail. James took a “sorry you’re out of luck“ situation and turned it into a “I’ll be there after work and help take the pictures for you“ situation! Not only did James show up as promised, but he brought help! A coworker by the name of Riley showed up with him! These two extremely courteous gentlemen knocked it out of the park!! These young men were able to physically disassemble the mattress and take the pictures needed by Tempur-pedic’s warranty department that my wife and I aren’t physically able to do. All the while, explaining to me that they were not Tempur-pedic employees, however, having a fairly good idea of what warrantee departments require by way of photographs. The next day, after speaking to a representative from Tempur-pedic’s warranty department, I was STILL not feeling confident that I was going to get any satisfaction, However slight, with them. So my wife and I decided to go back to Denver Mattress where we found James and bought a new mattress from him! As I believe in having a contingency plan! As I mentioned in the title of this, the genuine “give a damn“ is something only the good Lord gives a person. Companies spend trillions of dollars every year, trying to teach their employees to do that very thing! And often times fail miserably. However, James and Riley are the genuine deal! Because, as I’ve found in my life, one thing is that you just CAN’T FAKE GIVE A DAMN!
