Bought a dining room set for $4000.00, when it was delivered I noticed the hutch had bubbles all throughout the middle glass pane. I got out my invoice and also noticed they charged me a delivery fee of 160.00. So when I called them I figured they would meet me in the middle... NOT. They refused to even come look at the glass or help me get it fixed. I didn't notice it at the store because there was no electricity where the hutch was. When I mentioned the delivery fee they said they have never offered free delivery on purchases over $1000.00. If you listen to their awful commericals that is exactly what they offer. I am telling everyone I know so that they will not get stuck in the same position dealing with people like this. I have lived in Bakersfield all my life and have never had this kind of treatment. Hopfeully we can all put them out of business soon.
