My in-laws bought a very expensive table for my wife and I as a wedding gift. (We are talking over $2,000)

First of all, they delivered the table the same week we were getting married even though we tried to schedule a different date. The Chairs were falling apart, the table had several scratches and it wasn't very firmed.

My wife called them and the store sent a new set of 6 new chairs (while we were at work) and when we got home we realized that the chairs were as bad as the first set!!

After several Frustrating phone calls the store sent an independent contractor to attempt to fix the chairs and the table but he couldn't do anything about it. He pretty much told us that we should call the store and have them pick up the table and chairs and pick a new dining room set. We called the store AGAIN, and the sales person told us that it would be up to Mr Sprintz himself to make the decision if we could pick a different table or not!!! (Really?) My wife and I left several messages for Mr. Sprintz and he NEVER returned our calls.

My Mother in law had to step in and make several trips to the store and finally was able to get a hold of the so called Mr. Sprintz, and that Cheap @$$ decided to make a special trip to our home to look at the table. And to make matters even worse, he wanted us to take time away from work so we could wait for him at our home, because I'm assuming he doesn't want to work anytime later than 4:30 pm.

My advice to any of you is: Do NOT buy anything from this store. Go Somewhere else and save yourself money, time and frustating phone calls.

    I had the exact same experience as the lady with the plus $2,000 table and chairs. Mr. Sprintz had to OK the return on some pretty crappy furniture.
